WELCOME

Welcome back to the second semester of the school year.  Hopefully, all the bad weather is behind us and we're off to a great start for the first week of the second half of the school year!

Assignments must be on my desk by end of day on Friday of this week in order to receive credit next week!

If you have trouble, need additional help, or just want to play around with the concepts, check the links that I've provided to some online tutorial sites.  Some are games, some are instructional.  If you need to see me for extra help, I'm here before school every morning, and I stay late on Mondays and Tuesdays.  There's also the lunch period!

A word on calculators: It's ok to use a calculator, but it's not ok to bypass the show-your-work step.  You must demonstrate, and I must be able to see,  where each number in your answer comes from.

For Example:

If you need to divide numerator and denominator by 6 to reduce a fraction, even if you use a calculator to do the actual division, you must still show the divide by 6 over 6 step in your procedure.  I will not now, nor ever, accept a page of answers.  The work process must be displayed and legible.
