EOI and OCCCT test results will be coming home with your student soon. Remember that students must demonstrate proficiency in 8th grade reading to obtain a driver’s license
In addition, beginning this year, students must pass 4 of the 7 EOI tests to graduate. The Algebra I and English II tests are required; the other two may come from the following categories: Geometry, Algebra II, English III, US History, or Biology.
Other testing information:
The 8th graders will be taking the EXPLORE Test on October 4.
All sophomores will take the PLAN test on October 18.
All juniors and any interested seniors will take the ASVAB test also on October 18. That same day DeVry College will be presenting a career readiness workshop in the senior English classes.
